Shambhala Center Open House Every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Please join us every Sunday morning at 10:00 for an introduction to the Shambhala Center of Denver. Come and learn about the variety of programs and opportunities for practice offered here. Group and individual meditation instruction is available free of charge. Open House includes an introductory talk and informal reception with refreshments, hosted by senior students of the Vidyadhara Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Public Meditation Schedule Sundays -- public sitting - 9:00am - noon Tuesdays -- public sitting - 6:30pm - 7:30pm Wednesdays -- public sitting - 6:30pm - 7:30pm Wednesdays -- Open Path study/discussion - 7:45 - 8:45pm |
