Leadership Council Nominations Due Friday, August 3

Time is running out to nominate yourself or someone else for the Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver Leadership Council.

We are looking for five people who are interested in offering service, wisdom and direction to the center through the Leadership Council positions, which are formal appointments by the Sakyong. The open positions include:

  • Chagdzö (i.e., Bursar/Director of Finance)
  • Representative of the Office of Societal Health and Well-Being
  • Representative of the Office of Culture and Decorum
  • Director of Practice & Education – Way of Shambhala Curriculum
  • Director of Practice & Education – Shambhala Sadhakas and Vajrayana

The nomination deadline is Friday, August 3, and it is our aspiration to formally introduce the new members of the Leadership Council at this year’s Shambhala Lineage Festival/Harvest of Peace on Saturday, September 22nd.
