SMCD Raises More Than $800 for Shambhala Mountain Center

Thank you to everyone who contributed money to help the Shambhala Mountain Center in the aftermath of the High Park Fire. Because of your generosity, the Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver was able to exceed our fundraising goal, and we have contributed more than $800 to SMC.

If you haven’t made a donation yet, it’s not too late. You can drop your contribution in the donation box at the center (please mark it “SMC Fire Relief”), and we will make sure it reaches them. If you would prefer to work with SMC directly, you can find information about making donations on their homepage.

Of course, one of the best ways to provide ongoing support to SMC is to attend a program there. The program schedule is back to normal in August, and SMC recently released its Fall/Winter Catalog. You can request a copy of the catalog on the SMC website, or visit the SMC Programs page for a complete schedule of upcoming offerings.
