These programs enable you to engage in a short retreat experience, stretching your mind and body.  Programs range from daytime and evening talks to one-day and weekend programs.  These Denver retreats are ideal preparations for Shambhala Mountain Center’s longer programs or opportunities for ongoing practice in a structured group setting.
