The head positions of the Four Pillars comprise the Leadership Council, which is responsible for the overall vision, manifestation and policy our center.  This council is also the local community’s connection to the center of the Shambhala mandala.

In addition, there is an Operations Team that executes and manages the vision of the Leadership Council. It includes 24 positions ranging from Head of Meditation Instructors & Guides to Kitchen Manager.
