We are honored to welcome Ringu Tulku Rinpoche to the Denver Shambhala Center for an evening for and about community. A teacher of great warmth, eloquence and learning, he is a Tibetan Buddhist Master of the Kagyu OrderThis venerated teacher, an Official Representative of His Holiness the 17th Karmapa, plans to speak on the subject of community. In Buddhism, the teacher, the teachings and the community are often referred to as the Three Jewels. Hearing Rinpoche speak on this topic is extremely timely.

Rinpoche has authored Path to Buddhahood: Teachings on Gampopa’s Jewel Ornament of Liberation, and several other titles. Since 1990 he has been traveling and teaching Buddhism and meditation in Asia, Europe, North and South America and Australia. He is the founder of Bodhicharya, an international organization for the study and practice of Buddhism (
