Mindful Friday (Online)

    You’re invited to join us at Noon each Friday for 30 mindful minutes! We’ll start with a quick check in, followed by a brief, guided mindfulness meditation, and end with conversation. No experience or preparation are necessary and there is no charge. 

    Please register in advance at this Zoom link. You only need to register once to attend any Friday.  You will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Arrive 5-10 minutes before a session starts to test your audio/video.
