Nourishing Our Roots: Urban Meditation Weekend Retreat (In Person) February 25-26

Join us for this unique opportunity to start or deepen one’s meditation practice without going far from home. New and seasoned meditators are welcome.

Meditation practice is “nam su len” (Tibetan) or “bringing into direct experience.” In meditation, we can discover for ourselves what we have been reading about, so that the teaching is no longer abstract or at a distance.

This weekend of meditation and dharma teaching, led by Dale Asrael, is an opportunity to go back to the essential simplicity of practice. In the midst of busy urban lifestyles, we can train together in a week dedicated to mindfulness, awareness, and contemplation. Retreat practice provides the opportunity to rediscover our roots – the inspiration and potential to awaken and to live in a fully authentic way.
