THIS PROGRAM IS FULL — REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Participants will gain an understanding of the ancient human tendency to evade, withdraw or contract from painful experiences and feelings relating to ourselves and others. When we turn away from these feelings of vulnerability, we split ourselves in two: the acceptable and unacceptable parts of ourselves that we disown. We may call it our success or failure.

We become alienated from ourselves and feel we are somehow a problem. By reversing this tendency, we can reclaim those alienated parts and move toward wholeness or wholesomeness. Participants will leave the meetings with specific tools and methods for integrating disowned experiences.

This program is open to everyone. No prior experience with meditation is required.

Facilitators: Fred Jaben and Gary Frantz are skilled facilitators with a commitment to ensuring a safe and confidential learning environment for all. Both are meditation teachers and long-time practitioners in the Shambhala tradition.

Generosity Policy: We have a generosity policy to make our offerings available to all who wish to participate. If the program price is an obstacle, please consider what works for you and "enter your own amount."

For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “Patron Price.” Your generosity in offering the patron price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.
