Please join us to learn more about the Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver. Open House includes guided instruction in shamatha meditation practice, along with a brief introduction to the Shambhala tradition and our local practice and study community.

Plan to arrive in time to start at 10:00 AM.

Then stay for CommuniTea — good conversation, coffee, tea and light snacks.

This program is free of charge.
